Exercise information
The Outdoor Fitness class is run by fully qualified Personal Trainer, Dave Lewis. Its suitable for people of all levels of fitness so you can come along and exercise at your own pace. They are run in a fun and friendly manner, with no shouting and screaming instructors! Not only do you get the potential benefits of weight loss and improved muscle tone but you also get the opportunity of exercising in the great outdoors! Classes are held every Saturday morning 7:00-8:00am and we meet at the entrance to the park on Ashton Road, a map of which can be found on the Group Fitness page of Dave’s website.
